Luxury apartments benefit from Brooklands facities support services
Brooklands service group have been working with FHP for many years on their properties around Nottinghamshire. In 2022 we were delighted to be appointned as the provider of the specialist cleaning services including commercial window cleaning at their Waterside Apartment developments.
The Waterside Apartments are situated in the popular area of West Bridgford and offer exclusive luxury accomodation to its occupiers. The landmark development is made up of 121 apartments and duplex penthouses and offer breath-taking views across the river towards the city.
We worked with FHP to create a plan to incorporate all the facilities support services they require to ensure that the stunning building and its surroundings are clean and well maintained all year round for its occupiers to enjoy.
Their main requirements were the high level window cleaning, cleanliness of the car park and surrounding areas, paving cleaning and responding to graffiti and pest issues.
By bundling these services together FHP know that all their services are planned in for the year, saving them time, money and offering them the reasurance that the cleaning is in hand.

Planned Maintenance Contract for year round support
We worked with FHP Waterside Living to create a multiservice planned maintenance support contract that would provide a comprehensive cleaning solution for their facilities.
Our services included;
- Commercial window cleaning – High level rope access window cleaning
- Graffiti removal
- Pest Control
- Carpet Cleaning
- Car park cleaning and scheduled leaf clearance around the grounds
- Jet washing of paving, paths and entrances
The proposed service plan was created at the start of the contract after discussing and agreeing onsite requirements and FHPs budget.
Brooklands visit the site at planned times throughout the year to complete these tasks and respond to any other deep cleaning responsive requirement as and when they occur. FHP know that Brooklands are on hand 24/7.
