Case Study Render Cleaning and Render Painting Service for School

Build around a L-Shape rendered building, in 2015 this brand new Primary school in Nottingham opened its doors to students to enjoy the high quality learning environment.

Five years after to the school opening, we were asked to visit the site and provide a maintenance package for the render, as it had become discolored with algae and other contaminants.

Render before cleaning and painting

The render had become extremely marked as it had not had any cleaning or maintenance over the last 5 years since it was installed.   We recommend that render is cleaned and sanitised each year to prevent it getting to this stage.

Due to the marking on the render, a clean was not enough to return it to its original as new appearance.  The solution was to clean and remove the debris. Sanitise to kill any algae and then paint the exterior surfaces.

It is essential that all these stages are carried out by an experience render cleaning and painting provider.  Cleaning to ensure the surface is prepared correctly and sanitised so that the paint will cover the surface correctly.

Working during half term, our skilled team completed the works with no disruption to the school. Pupils and staff returned after the break to a gleaming building.
