Deep Clean and Painting of Large DHL Industrial Warehouse Refreshed the Entire Site

This DHL warehouse in the East Midlands is a huge industrial site that over the years has become defaced with dirt and debris on both the interior and exterior surfaces.

Our client knew the importance of cleaning and painting the warehouse to both maintain the building and to retain the high standards and reputation of the company.  They also knew how our services would increase the assets value.

Brooklands were employed to carry out a full professional deep clean and commercial painting of the building.   The Brooklands team arrived onsite with specialist cleaning, painting and access equipment to reach and clean all the high-level surfaces.

Refurbishment DHL warehouse

Firstly, we prepared the external areas on site using high pressure jetting and the internal areas were sanded in order for the paint to adhere well to the surfaces.

Once all the areas were clean, we painted the loading bays, internal and external staircases, gates and fences throughout the site, bollards and barriers, entrance doors to the building.

Areas were firstly coated using a paint primer and then two applications of a specialist paint coating was applied.

The team were onsite for several weeks cleaning the interior, exterior and carpark areas.
