Interior Deep Clean of Student Halls Refresh Living Areas Ready for new Nottingham Trent University Students to Arrive

The Brackenhurst campus of Nottingham Trent University (NTU) is home to over 1,700 students from the School of Animal, Rural and Environmental Sciences.

The campus is located on a 500-acre site that includes a former countryside estate, landscaped gardens, a country house, a 200-hectare farm, and woodland estate. 

Each year the campus welcomes new students through its doors after the summer break. Before that, the campus requires a deep clean of the student accommodation and communal areas.

The 20 strong Brooklands team arrived onsite with specialist cleaning and sanitising equipment to deep clean the internal student areas. Experienced at working on University sites and coordinating large scale projects, the clean was completed to a high standard and within the designated time scale set by the University.

This refresh both ensures the halls are welcoming and clean for the new students, and also helps maintain the fixtures and fittings by removing stains and dirt that the in-house daily cleans can’t in their regular clean.

With upcoming open days and graduations on the horizon Brooklands attended to restore the internal areas to an as new condition removing at the summer term.

Building visitors, students and the universities staff were all amazed by the results and all commented they have never seen it look so good.
