Sleeping Out for Change: Charlotte’s Night Under the Stars

On the evening of November 6th, 2025, Charlotte Thompson our Sales & Account Manager, will be trading her desk for a sleeping bag as she takes part in this year’s CEO Sleepout Nottingham, held at Meadow Lane Stadium. Alongside dozens of local business leaders, Charlotte is stepping up to raise vital funds and awareness for people facing homelessness in our city.

The CEO Sleepout is more than just a night under the stars—it’s a powerful act of solidarity. Participants commit to sleeping outdoors from 8pm to 6:30am, each pledging to raise or donate £800 to support frontline charities working to combat poverty, provide shelter, and offer hope to those in crisis.

Charlotte’s decision to join the sleepout reflects her deep commitment to social responsibility and her belief that business leaders have a role to play in driving change. With £250 already raised, she is well on her way to meeting her fundraising goal—and every pound will help make a tangible difference.

“Homelessness isn’t just a statistic—it’s a reality for thousands of people who deserve dignity, safety, and support,” Charlotte shared. “I’m proud to stand with others in our business community to say: we see you, we care, and we’re taking action.”
